Website Payment Security - Paypal/Stripe
Stable Diet Cafe provides a 100% secure payment system. All transactions are processed by either Paypal or Stripe - both of the largest payment service providers globally, with millions of online payments every day. From both Paypal’s/Stripe's site, payments are submitted online using there next level security, one of the best and strongest available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. We personally do not store or process your credit card details.
Credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, Delta, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa and many more.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your orders and the service we provide. We offer a near full refund if you are not satisfied 100%. In accordance with the Law: EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We will refund all charges excluding the initial delivery costs and administration costs( €10 ). Please do note that the customer must also bear the cost of returning the goods to us.

On our receipt of the returned order, we will refund the value of the order in full less admin costs. You will receive an email confirming your refund within 5 days working day of us receiving the return.
If the goods are faulty in any way, we are happy to offer either a replacement or refund. Please contact here for more information.

Force Majeure
Stable Diet Cafe will exercise every effort to meet the requested delivery date. Stable Diet Cafe shall not, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars.
Privacy Policy
Stable Diet Cafe collects information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The information collected by us is to process your order and to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We require your name, email address, billing address, telephone number. We gather this information soley to process your order - the details gathered are used to open an account and process your order.
Your address details are necessarily passed on to Paypal for credit/debit card validation and your email is submitted to National/International courier service to enable you to receive parcel tracking numbers. We will never sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
The purchase area of our site is secured using industry standard Security technology to allow encryption of sensitive information. For added security we do not store credit card information and all card transactions are processed by Paypal/Stripe.
