Stable Diet Branded products are suitable for Vegetarian
Yes, all of our Flapjacks and Cereal Granola products listed on the website are suitable for Vegetarians. And are listed on our back labels along with ingredients and nutrition guide.
Are your products Gluten Free ?
At present we do not have any Gluten Free Products, although our products are wheat free, our oats are not certified. Meaning our oat's are milled in a plant which also processes wheat so we cannot guarantee Gluten free. Oats contain avenin, a protein similar to gluten. Research on Avenin shows that most people with coeliac disease can safely eat avenin. Problems can occur if oats are produced in the same place as wheat, barley and rye, as the oats can become contaminated with these other grains.
How do I view the Nutritional Information & Allergen advice for a product ?
Each of our products listed on the website has an Ingredients & Nutritional list, all allergen advice are in bold for each of our product. Just click on the product picture for full details.
How long will it take for me to receive my order:
We try to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. If we require to produce your order it will be near the 3-5 working days till your order is dispatched. When you provided a valid email address placing your order, we will email you several times with notifications. Confirmation of your order payment, a confirmation of your order once it has been dispatched. The courier will then send you a email notification of when the order is due to be delivered to your address. You will then be able to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery direct with the courier if needed. Most of our couriers offer online tracking, once you have received your email from the courier, you will be able to track your order online from the courier.
Republic of Ireland
For all Republic orders, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. Deliveries will be made Monday-Fridays from 8am-6pm.
International orders
We aim to dispatch International Orders within 5-10 working days via a international courier/shipping service.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect on delivery ?
If your order has been damaged or is incorrect please email or call us on +353(0)53-91-31287 within 2 days of receiving your order so we can fix the problem as soon as possible. Taking a photo of the damaged product is also advised. Please quote your order details or delivery note number so we can trace your order. Problems with orders are very rare, if there is a problem we aim to solve it within 2-3 working days.

- How can I Trade / Wholesale your products ?
For all Trade/vendors Inquiries please get in touch using the website contact form. Alternatively you can call us on +353(0)53-91-31287 and speak our sales manager. Our office is open Monday-Friday 9-5pm GMT excluding Bank Holidays. We are closed 1 week before and after the new year.
How to store your products?
All of our products for sale online are ambient they should not be frozen or refrigerated as this will affect the taste, quaility and shelf-life. Our products should only be stored in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. As with our cereals once opened Reseal after use.
Can Stable Diet Cafe manufacture own brand products?
Stable Diet Cafe can cook, package and dispatch your products under your own brand labels and packaging. From scratch to finish, we aim to deliver high quality products for our customers no matter how big or small.
